Our Purpose
This OASIS Family Crisis Centre (OASIS FCC) site arose from the need to allow victims of a hurting relationship to maintain needed communications with others who are undergoing like problems. They may be able to enjoy a somewhat ‘hassle free’ forum environment by having objectionable material such as profane, threatening and abusive references filtered. There are also links available with calendars, references, news, weather, surveys, recommendations, and materials that will help you through this crisis.

Terms
By using the OASIS FCC site, you must agree with this disclaimer in its entirety!;

This agreement for the use of OASIS FCC site will be in effect from the date you (hereto referred to as client) finish registration and a password is approved. This agreement and the client’s use of the OASIS FCC site may be terminated by OASIS FCC for any reason and at any time by phone, written notice or email.
No photographs will be forwarded or communicated, no encoded material will be sent at anytime and attachments will not be allowed. Violations of this policy may revoke the privilege to use this service.
OASIS FCC does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use, validity, accuracy, or reliability of, or the results of the use of, or otherwise respecting, the services on this site or any sites linked to this site.
OASIS FCC will not in any way be responsible for any repercussions should this site be used for anything other than the desired result of OASIS FCC.
Any threatening communications to other clients may be in violation of state or Federal Law. Should our services be needed in a criminal proceeding, fees may arise depending on location, time, needed documents and information and may be charged to the offending party / or originator by the judge or court administrator or are to be paid by the client.
This site has been designed for male and female users. They are designed to eliminate interaction with those of the opposite sex. We are interested only in those who care to better themselves, work on themselves and bring the best they can bring either back to their spouses or to their next relationship. These are not designed as dating forums. These forums were designed so that users undergoing separation and/or divorce may talk with others and share their situations and the benefit of things that have worked and not worked for them in like situations. Any violations should be reported to the web-master immediately. Remember, these are folks just like you. Only you can weigh the usefulness and truthfulness of the information presented here. I strongly urge anyone who uses these forums to remember that anyone can repeat what they see here. Only you can limit what you decide to tell someone.

Endorsement
OASIS FCC does not endorse the outcome of any services that we recommend. Each recommended service has been chosen by references that have been received by us, by folks like you that have used their services and found them to be honorable, trustworthy and personable.
Always keep in mind that although every attempt will be made, if we remove Profanity, Racist or Threatening remarks and replace it with “*****” , it may make the communication say something not intended by the originator.
However, every separation and divorce is different. The outcome of one separation or divorce does not mean that another, that even appears to be under the same or similar circumstances, will have the same or similar outcome. When using our web site, the client’s web browser may produce pop up advertisements. These are not generated on our site. These were most likely produced by other web sites that the client visited or by third party software installed by the client on the client’s computer. Indemnification by User

OASIS FCC may suspend or terminate a clients use immediately upon receipt of any notice which alleges that a client has used this site for any purpose that violates any local, state, federal or law of other nations, including but not limited to the posting of information that may violate third party rights, that may defame a third party, that may be obscene, that may harass or insult others, that may violate hacking or other criminal regulations, etc. of its agents, officers, directors, contractors or employees. In such event, OASIS FCC may disclose the clients identity and contact information if requested by a government or law enforcement body or as a result of a subpoena or other legal action, and OASIS FCC shall not be liable for damages or results thereof and Member agrees not to bring any action or claim against OASIS FCC for such disclosure.
